Asset Management (also referred to as “Steady State Asset Management” to distinguish it from crisis-related asset management services) can generally be thought of as a set of services provided to asset owners that integrates strategic and executive input to and oversight of steady state operations, including O&M & Energy Management, with senior management interaction, responsibilities and execution.

In a crisis, Asset Management (or “Crisis Management”) can be expanded to cover those services provided to Lenders or Owners during the event that enables reestablishment of entity viability or transition of the underlying asset to new leadership & management.

A fuller description of each service is available by clicking on the links on the left-hand side of the page.
